Training in
the Bank aims at continuous enrichment of human assets so that they
add value to business. The training plan is conceptualized to provide
strategic linkage with business needs, and every effort is made to
provide practical skills which are vital to improve performance and
smooth functioning of the Bank.
To achieve this objective, three
training centers have been established in two different states i.e.
Secunderabad & Warangal in Andhra Pradesh and Aurangabad in
Maharashtra and all the three are equipped with modern teaching aids,
computer labs & library facilities.
These centers are fully residential with a capacity to train
11000 employees in a year. The campuses provide perfect surroundings
and conducive atmosphere for learning and knowledge development. The
programmes conducted are carefully and conscientiously structured to
recognize the reality of the changing environment in which the Bank
operates. The programs

On an average about 500 programmes are conducted at these training
centers every year providing training to more than 4500 Officials and
2500 Employees besides providing training to an equal number of staff
through Visiting Faculty Scheme.
