Each cold storage /private
ware house will be treated as one unit
Owners of cold storage unit/private warehouse to extend
collateral security against the prudential limit.
For Traders
Up to Rs.2 lakhs: 11.5% p.a.
Above Rs.2 lakhs: 13.5% p.a.
Security
Primary: Hypothecation of the stock
in warehouse or cold storage
Collateral: Security of cold storage unit
