All the working and non working (administration side) journalist employees who have completed three years of service and Who are employees of reputed news paper or publication house registered under Registrar of News Paper s of India (RNI) , or those with accredition letter issued by State / Central Government.Journalists of both print media and Electronic media (TV Reporters) are also eligible under the scheme. |
