Total cost of installing the rainwater
harvesting system, subject to a maximum amount of Rs 25,000/- |
| Rate Of Interest |
The rate of interest charged will
be as for housing loans. |
| Repayment |
a. In case of fresh housing loan
borrowers, where the cost is included in the housing
loan, this loan is to be repaid along with the housing
loan installments.
b. For others and existing housing
loan borrowers, repayment starts one month after date
of financing in 36 equal monthly instalments. |
| Security |
Extension of lien on the existing
mortgaged property. In case of others with 3 rd party guarantee,
where check-off facility is not available. |
