The Bank intends to take on long lease premises of around 3000 to 3500 sq.ft. of rentable carpet area for shifting NRI Branch, in and around 2 kms radius of LB Stadium, Hyderabad, preferably Lakadi-ka-pul, Hyderguda, Basheerbagh area (2 kms radius of LB Stadium) of Hyderabad. The premises offered should be of RCC construction which can be an existing building, under construction or Proposed Construction on a vacant site in Ground Floor or First Floor only (not 2nd floor) with all amenities such as water, 3-phase 30 KW power supply, assured parking facility for staff and customers etc., the strong room/locker room of min. 200 sq.ft. as per the RBI and Bank’s specification (as given below) will be required to be constructed (Where the offered premises is existing or under construction the land lord has to alter/reconstruct the building as per Bank’s/RBI requirement).

Rentable area shall be worked out as the inner to inner dimensions of the external walls of the demised premises. The rent quoted should be inclusive of all taxes except service tax.

The offer should be submitted in two bid system i.e. two separate covers (Technical bid, Price bid). First cover should contain the technical details, any other additional information etc., and the other cover should contain price bid i.e., rent per sq. ft of rentable area and other financial terms & conditions, if any. The covers should be super scribed as cover 1(Technical Bid-Premises for NRI, Hyderabad Branch) and cover 2(Price Bid-Premises for NRI, Hyderabad Branch) and submitted to the undersigned on or before 3.00 pm on 09/07/2013.
