Security : Assignment of receivables and Power of Attorney from the
lessor, first charge on rent receivable in our favour

Collateral Security: Equitable Mortgage of the building against
the rental of which, the loan is sanctioned
Quantum of finance : Minim `50,000/-
Max 75 times of net monthly rentals or residual NMR
Corporates Max `4.00 crores
Non-corproates Max `1.00 crores

Tripartite agreement to be entered between bank, lessor and lessee for payment of monthly rents
